Usage Policy

This Usage Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using ServerGPT. It is designed to protect users, Discord communities, third parties, payment systems, and our infrastructure while still allowing legitimate server creation, image generation, bot building, and community planning.

If these rules conflict with a more specific written agreement with us, the more specific agreement controls for that conflict. We may interpret and enforce this policy based on context, risk, intent, severity, repeated behavior, and harm.

Questions about these policies can be sent through our support page.

1. Scope

This Usage Policy applies to everything you do with ServerGPT, including prompts, generated text, generated images, server layouts, bot workflows, Discord sync actions, uploaded or selected content, support messages, and any use of output outside ServerGPT.

You are responsible for your prompts, your Discord server, your bot behavior, your use of generated content, and the effect of any changes you choose to apply. You must also follow Discord’s terms, community guidelines, developer policies, platform rules, and any laws that apply to you.

2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Do not use ServerGPT to plan, facilitate, conceal, or promote illegal activity, fraud, scams, theft, extortion, money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, or unlawful marketplaces.
  • Do not create or coordinate harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, threats, intimidation, doxxing, swatting, blackmail, brigading, or abuse of moderators, users, creators, public figures, employees, or communities.
  • Do not generate instructions for physical harm, weapon construction, evading law enforcement, dangerous wrongdoing, self-harm encouragement, or exploitation of vulnerable people.
  • Do not use ServerGPT to impersonate people, brands, organizations, staff, Discord, ServerGPT, or public authorities in a deceptive or harmful way.

3. Discord server and community abuse

  • Do not use ServerGPT to create spam servers, raid servers, harassment servers, token-grab servers, phishing communities, scam support servers, counterfeit brand servers, or communities designed to evade moderation.
  • Do not generate or sync roles, channels, categories, permissions, automations, or bot workflows intended to bypass Discord enforcement, hide abuse, coordinate platform manipulation, or mislead members about risks.
  • Do not use generated server structures to collect sensitive information from members unless you have a lawful basis, clear notice, appropriate security, and all required permissions.
  • Do not create bots that mass-message users, scrape members, evade bans, harvest tokens, manipulate engagement, or perform actions that users or server owners did not authorize.

4. Cybersecurity, credentials, and platform integrity

  • Do not request, generate, test, host, or distribute malware, credential stealers, token grabbers, phishing pages, exploit chains, botnets, spam tooling, destructive scripts, or instructions to compromise accounts, servers, APIs, or devices.
  • Do not ask ServerGPT to extract, reveal, infer, validate, rotate, or misuse secrets, Discord tokens, API keys, OAuth tokens, payment data, passwords, session cookies, or private credentials.
  • Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, bypass credits, abuse top ups, exploit bugs, or interfere with ServerGPT, Discord, payment processors, AI providers, or infrastructure providers.
  • Security research must be lawful, authorized, defensive, and limited to systems you own or are permitted to test.

5. Sexual content and minors

  • Do not create, request, upload, edit, distribute, or promote sexual content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous people.
  • Do not sexualize minors, request grooming behavior, facilitate child exploitation, or create servers or bots for sexual access to minors.
  • Adult sexual content, where allowed by law and platform rules, must not involve coercion, non-consent, private sexual material, deceptive impersonation, exploitation, trafficking, or harassment, and must comply with Discord rules and any age-gating requirements.

6. Hate, extremism, and violence

  • Do not use ServerGPT to promote hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, or harassment based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
  • Do not create servers, roles, images, symbols, bots, slogans, recruitment funnels, or community plans for extremist organizations, terrorist organizations, violent movements, or organized hateful activity.
  • Do not use ServerGPT to praise, support, recruit for, materially assist, or instruct violent extremism, terrorism, or targeted political violence.

7. Deception, manipulation, and misinformation

  • Do not create fake official communities, fake support desks, fraudulent verification flows, giveaway scams, payment scams, deceptive bot commands, or impersonation workflows.
  • Do not use ServerGPT to manipulate civic processes, mislead voters, suppress participation, fabricate evidence, or coordinate deceptive political influence operations.
  • Do not present generated content as independently verified, professionally reviewed, legally approved, medically approved, financially guaranteed, or officially endorsed when it is not.
  • Do not create images or server identities that deceive people about real people, brands, affiliation, consent, sponsorship, or origin.

8. Regulated and high-impact uses

ServerGPT is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, employment, immigration, tax, or other professional advice. Do not use ServerGPT as the sole basis for decisions that affect legal rights, finances, health, safety, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, immigration, or access to essential services.

You must not use ServerGPT to make automated high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review, lawful basis, transparency, testing, security, and appeal mechanisms.

9. Image generation and editing

  • Do not upload, generate, or edit images that violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, sexual safety, violence, harassment, hate, or platform rules.
  • Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative edits, deceptive identity images, unlawful celebrity or public figure misuse, counterfeit branding, or images intended for fraud or harassment.
  • You must have the rights needed for images you upload or select, and you must review generated images before using them as server icons, brand assets, resale work, or public content.

10. Commercial use and resale

  • You may use output for your own server subject to your plan, these policies, and applicable law.
  • Selling ServerGPT-created server layouts, icons, bot workflows, or other deliverables to third parties is allowed only on plans that expressly include resale rights or where we approve it in writing.
  • You must not misrepresent generated work as exclusive, human-made, legally cleared, trademark-cleared, copyright-cleared, or guaranteed unless you have independently verified those claims.

11. Billing, credits, and limits

  • Do not abuse free credits, create multiple accounts to evade limits, use stolen payment methods, trigger chargebacks fraudulently, exploit auto top ups, manipulate usage metering, or bypass rate limits.
  • Do not use scripts, bots, shared accounts, account farms, proxies, or automation to drain credits, stress infrastructure, bypass plan restrictions, or obtain benefits you did not pay for.
  • We may limit, suspend, reverse, refuse, or review credit grants, top ups, subscriptions, auto top ups, and usage where we suspect abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, security risk, or policy violations.

12. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations using account information, prompts, generated content, usage logs, Discord sync records, billing events, provider signals, and other available information. We may remove content, block requests, disable features, limit models, suspend Discord sync, restrict bot hosting, withhold or reverse credits, cancel subscriptions, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve records, or report activity to relevant parties where appropriate.

Repeated, severe, high-risk, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful violations may result in permanent account termination without refund except where required by law. We may also act where needed to protect users, Discord communities, payment systems, service providers, infrastructure, or the public.

13. Reporting violations

If you believe ServerGPT is being used for abuse, fraud, unsafe content, child safety issues, platform manipulation, or other policy violations, contact us through support with as much detail as possible, including account identifiers, server names, screenshots, timestamps, and links where appropriate.
