Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of ServerGPT, including our website, dashboard, Discord integrations, AI chat, generated server layouts, generated images, bot workflows, subscriptions, credits, top ups, and related services.
In these Terms, “ServerGPT”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the provider of the Services. “You” means the person or organization using the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Using ServerGPT
ServerGPT helps you plan, generate, edit, and sync Discord server layouts, roles, channels, categories, server identity details, generated images, and related bot or community workflows. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it and for deciding whether it is suitable for your server, audience, laws, and Discord requirements.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ServerGPT, and if you are under the age of majority where you live you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement with us and only in compliance with these Terms, our Usage Policy, applicable law, Discord terms and policies, and any third-party terms that apply to connected services.
2. Accounts, sessions, and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, Discord access, sessions, devices, and payment methods secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
- You must not share accounts, sell account access, bypass authentication, abuse sessions, interfere with logout controls, or attempt to access another user’s workspace, Discord data, generated images, billing details, or saved configuration.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, high-risk, or in breach of these Terms or our Usage Policy.
3. Discord integrations and server changes
ServerGPT can connect to Discord through user authorization and bot permissions. You are responsible for choosing what permissions to grant, confirming that you have authority to manage the Discord server, and checking all changes before and after syncing them to Discord.
When you ask ServerGPT to sync a layout, rename a server, change an icon, add or remove roles, channels, categories, permission overwrites, or bot behavior, you authorize us to send the necessary requests to Discord on your behalf. Discord may reject, delay, rate-limit, transform, or audit those requests, and we are not responsible for Discord availability, permission rules, moderation action, outages, API changes, or third-party platform decisions.
4. AI output and generated content
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, biased, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You must review output before relying on it, publishing it, charging for it, or applying it to a Discord server.
- Generated server layouts, names, descriptions, channel structures, role structures, images, icons, bot logic, research summaries, and recommendations are provided as suggestions unless you choose to apply or use them.
- You are responsible for the prompts, files, images, Discord data, instructions, and other content you submit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use output for your own server. Reselling or providing ServerGPT-created work to third parties is allowed only where your plan expressly permits it or where we agree separately in writing.
- We do not guarantee that output is unique, protectable, non-infringing, commercially usable, or accepted by Discord or any other platform.
5. Plans, credits, top ups, and billing
- Plans include the features, hosted bot allowances, model access, monthly credits, and limits shown on the pricing page or in your account at the time of purchase.
- Credits are a usage meter for AI requests, image generation, research, server changes, and other metered features. Credit usage can vary by model, request complexity, tool calls, image work, web search, and provider-reported usage.
- Monthly plan credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Bought credits and auto-recharged credits are additional credits that roll over, but may still be subject to account limits, safety limits, abuse controls, or expiry rules shown at purchase.
- Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. If a paid plan is cancelled, paid access can end immediately and the account can return to the Free plan unless a checkout or account screen says otherwise.
- Top ups, subscriptions, and paid plan charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, top ups, auto top ups, taxes, and other amounts you approve.
- If auto top up is enabled, you authorize off-session charges to your saved payment method when your balance falls below the configured threshold. You can disable auto top up in your account settings.
6. Bots, code, hosting, and operations
ServerGPT may help create bot logic, workflows, or hosted bot configurations. You are responsible for testing bot behavior, permissions, compliance, moderation impact, third-party package use, secrets, and Discord developer requirements before production use.
Hosted bots and dev-mode features may be limited, suspended, restarted, rate-limited, or changed for safety, maintenance, provider limits, abuse prevention, non-payment, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous bot uptime, uninterrupted hosting, or compatibility with every package, API, Discord feature, or server configuration.
7. Your content and licence to operate the Services
You keep the rights you have in prompts, server data, uploaded content, images, customisation settings, and other content you provide. To operate ServerGPT, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and create technical derivatives of that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the Services.
You represent that your content and your use of output will not violate law, third-party rights, Discord rules, payment rules, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality duties, or our Usage Policy.
8. Restrictions
- You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, benchmark for abuse, resell account access, bypass rate limits, evade credit limits, exploit bugs, use stolen payment methods, or interfere with the Services.
- You must not use ServerGPT to create, automate, or coordinate spam, harassment, scams, malware, credential theft, token theft, deceptive impersonation, illegal activity, sexual content involving minors, extremist activity, or other content prohibited by our Usage Policy.
- You must not remove notices, misrepresent ServerGPT output as human-reviewed where it is not, or imply that we, Discord, or any third party endorses your server, bot, product, or community unless you have written permission.
9. Changes, availability, and beta features
We may add, remove, limit, rename, price, suspend, or change features, models, routes, limits, plans, credits, bot hosting, Discord integration behavior, and generated output flows. Some features may be experimental, in beta, or dependent on third-party systems.
The Services are provided with reasonable care but without any promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, apply emergency fixes, or limit access to protect users, Discord servers, payment systems, or infrastructure.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerGPT is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business, revenue, Discord access, server configuration, generated content, or payment opportunity. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or £100.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ServerGPT at any time. You can delete certain saved chats and images through Data Controls where available. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, refuse service, or preserve information where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, licence provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute provisions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated date or showing notice in the product. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
